Thank you for your interest in Hamilton Park Montessori School. To begin the Admissions process, we invite you to visit our school and learn about our programs.

Our application process has 4 easy steps, each designed to help you get to know our school better.

For Step 1, please come visit us:

  • Take a Tour (see calendar link below); or
  • Attend an “Open House” (see above).

You are welcome to attend more than one of these events if you wish; only one is required.

 

  • Step 1: Use the link above to sign up for a Tuesday Tour or… visit us during one of our Open Houses. This is an informative session introducing you to both of our campuses and the Montessori Philosophy. We will provide an overview of the curriculum for your child’s program. During this time, our Admissions Team will be available to answer your questions. These sessions are for adults only and last approximately one hour.

If you are interested in applying to our Lower Elementary (Grades 1- 3), Upper Elementary (Grades 4-5) or Middle School (Grades 6- 8) programs, please e-mail admissions@hpmsjc.org to schedule a session.

  • Step 2: Classroom Observation: Once you submit your application, parents are invited to come observe in a classroom (for your child’s respective program) during the school day. Afterwards, meet with the Admissions team to share your impressions and ask any questions you may have.
  • Step 3:  Child Visit (also called a “Student Visit” for students in grades 1-8). Your child will meet with one of our teachers so that we may get to know your child and family. For grades 1 – 8, students visit with a classroom teacher during school without their parents; younger students remain with their parents during their child visit, which occurs after school.
  • Step 4: Personal Follow Up – Join our Head of School, Ms. Alexa, online for a personal 15-minute meeting to touch base and ask any follow-up questions.

Acceptances:
You will be informed of your child’s acceptance status via email.
  • Agreement: If you wish to attend HPMS, a signed Agreement, Security Deposit and Enrollment Fee are required within 14 days of acceptance. (Security Deposit and Enrollment Fee are both non-refundable).

ADMISSIONS OPEN HOUSES: 

(**If your child is Kindergarten or younger, the Open Houses are for parents only; children will visit during their scheduled individual Child Visit.)
